Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour departure are non-refundable.

In the event of severe weather, government restrictions, or unforeseen operational circumstances, we reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the tour. If we cancel the tour, guests will be offered either a full refund or the option to reschedule.
Some attractions or activities may be unavailable due to maintenance, public holidays, or operational reasons. In such cases, suitable alternatives will be provided whenever possible.
Refunds, where applicable, will be processed using the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Desert safari activities, including dune bashing, are not recommended for pregnant women, guests with back or neck problems, heart conditions, recent surgeries, or infants.
